Booking policies
Please read these before booking. They keep things fair and clear for everyone.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is paid at the appointment.
Cancellation & refunds
Deposits are refundable only when cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds are reviewed and processed manually.
No-show
If you do not attend your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Reschedule
You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email, at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit carries over to the new time.
Payment security
Deposit payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Privacy
We use your details only to manage your booking and (with your consent) to send reminders. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
